At VRS Precision Engineering Ltd we manufacture precision machined components to customers’ specified designs for the Aerospace, Marine, Construction Industry and Medical Equipment Sectors but also for the Filtration, Defence, Medical, leisure, Oil  and packaging industries.

To achieve this VRS Precision Engineering Ltd operate a quality system that complies with the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015.

Objectives have been set that are consistent with the overall, Quality Policy, the requirements of VRS Precision Engineering Ltd and the needs of our customers.

These objectives are regularly reviewed in line with other commitments for continual improvement of products, processes and systems. VRS Precision Engineering Ltd have established a documented quality management system that has identified the processes necessary to deliver a quality product that is consistent and is commensurate with the perceived needs of its customers.

Certain processes may be outsourced such as heat treatments, plating, welding etc. Whilst the sub-contractor is required to ensure the product conforms with requirements, VRS has overall responsibility for Inspection on the products return.

The Company’s strategic objectives for the next five years are to expand its customer base into new and existing markets, invest into new machinery to increase capacity and continuously improve its processes and systems.
